All services are provided based on individual agreements and project scopes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on market conditions, client cooperation, and third-party platforms.

Payments and Fees

All fees must be paid in accordance with agreed terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Payments that have been outstanding for 14 days or more may be terminated

  • All outstanding payments must be paid, even if services have been terminated

Cancellations, Refunds, and Terminations

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing with seven days notice.

Early Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where there is client misconduct or repeated failure to communicate in a timely manner.​​

 

Services will cease at the end of the notice period.​

Client Responsibilities and Approvals

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Supply required materials, access, and approvals

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Website Content:

All content on this website remains the intellectual property of Chloe Aidza Media and may not be copied without written permission.

Client Work:

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for approved final deliverables

  • Chloe Aidza Media retains ownership of working files, drafts, and concepts

Portfolio and Promotional Rights

Chloe Aidza Media reserves the right to display completed work, including visuals, screenshots, and campaign results, in:

  • Portfolios

  • Social media

  • Website

  • And for other marketing and promotional purposes

This includes the use of client brand names and publicly available materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chloe Aidza Media shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Third-party failures

Third Party Links

This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
